• Print out the order form and fill it in
• Send completed form with your payment to:

• All subscriptions are sent by Surface Mail unless otherwise specified
• All booklets are sent by Surface Mail. If you wish them sent by Air Mail please inquire about additional postage

METHODS OF PAYMENT

• For the countries on the list below, payment can be made by personal check, bank draft or international money order - payable to The Amateurs' Digest. We accept currency of those countries, equivalent of USA dollars. Currency conversions are calculated for your convenience on the order forms.
• If your country is not on the list, we regretfully cannot accept the currency of your country. Payment must be made in USA Dollars and you should use the "All Other Countries" order form.
• Sorry but we cannot accept credit cards.

• New subscriptions start with our current issue. We do not send you all the back issues for the current year!
